Mission Statement

Through educational engagement and outreach, IRGI aims to foster greater understanding, acceptance, and equality for individuals with diverse identities and lived experiences. We create educational spaces for our campus and local community to engage topics related to race, gender, and identity on a deeper level, facilitated by experts in the field, and with an emphasis on personal lived experience.
